Koenraad Kortmulder's new book: Mails for Madison; an adventurous project.

In former days, Kortmulder was a biologist, spending his energies in writing scientific papers. However pleasurable, science imposes strict rules, and a jargon that, compared to our daily exchanges, is rather rigid. Retirement gave him time for other activities, among them writing, in freedom of subject and style.
A group of like-minded amateurs in Madison, US, inspired him to write short pieces in English: fiction, reminiscences and essays, in great diversity, guided but not bound by fortnightly prompts. A selection from his contributions, mailed to Madison every other week, constitutes this book: Mails for Madison.
